This unit serves as a power supply for Pixhawk flight controllers and as a non-contact Hall Current Sensor.
This UBEC Power Monitor provides a stable 5.3V supply for Pixhawk-type flight controllers while offering accurate voltage and current monitoring for high-power setups. It uses a non-contact Hall-effect sensor to measure current up to 200A, avoiding the heat, voltage drop and safety risks associated with traditional in-line shunt sensors. The system is split into a UBEC main module and an external Hall sensor, with the UBEC handling power regulation and voltage division, and the sensor delivering a clean, linear analogue output through its built-in digital processing and temperature-compensation algorithms.
The module supports 2–12S LiPo input, with a high-precision 1:15.7 voltage divider suitable for Pixhawk-class ADC systems. Although the UBEC can accept up to 60V, Pixhawk’s 3.3V ADC limits readable voltage to around 51.8V (equivalent to a 12S LiPo).
This product is available in three versions to suit different flight controllers: Pixhawk Interface (MX1.25), Pixhawk 4 Interface (GH1.25), and Hex Cube Interface.
