DELIVERY

Postage rates are determined based on the weight of the items and the destination of the shipment. We aim to provide our customers with a variety of services, offering both expedited options for faster delivery at a higher cost and more economical choices for less urgent shipments.

Our delivery charges already include VAT for orders within the UK.

Transit times vary depending on the service selected and your delivery location. We always prioritise a rapid dispatch to ensure quick delivery.ย 

For UK orders, using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, most orders arrive the following day. If you need guaranteed next day delivery, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout.

If you require a same day service, we have access to same day courier services, please get in touch and we will provide you with a quote.

For international orders, DHL Air Express offers a rapid delivery to Europe within 1-3 days, with destinations further afield typically arriving within 3-7 days. Road courier services to Europe may take 4-10 days to arrive. International mail services generally take 1-3 weeks for European and USA locations, and 2-8 weeks for the rest of the world. Please note, for all international deliveries, goods have to pass through customs in the receiving country, which may extend the wait time.

Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to customs duties imposed by the destination country. However, consignments with a value of โ‚ฌ150 or less are considered โ€œlow-value goodsโ€ and are exempt from paying Customs Duty (duty-free). Recipients usually have to pay import VAT charged at their local rate, along with a handling fee added by the courier before receiving their goods.

UK TAX/VAT wonโ€™t be charged on orders shipped outside of the UK, resulting in a 20% reduction on the listed prices on our website automatically for EU customers prior to payment. Therefore, you will not be charged VAT twice.
