You can redeem your reward points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.
You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.

- Eligibility: To be eligible for the reward discount program, you must be a registered customer of our website. You must also be at least 18 years old to participate in the program.
- Earning Points: You will earn reward points for each qualifying purchase made through our website. The number of points you earn for each purchase will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Points cannot be earned for shipping fees. We reserve the right to change the number of points earned per purchase at any time.
- Redemption of Rewards Points: Rewards points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Customers can choose to redeem all or a portion of their rewards points at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of the program. Rewards points cannot be transferred or sold to another customer or individual.
- Expiration: Points will expire 12 months after they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated or redeemed. Members will receive notification prior to points expiring.
- Returns: If a member returns a qualifying item, the points earned for that item will be deducted from their account. If a member redeems points for a purchase that is later returned, the redeemed points will be credited back to the member’s account.
- Limitations: Reward points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold to another person. Points may not be used in combination with any other promotion, discount or offer.
- Fraud and Abuse: We reserve the right to void any rewards or discounts earned through fraud or abuse of the program. We also reserve the right to terminate any customer’s participation in the program for any violation of these terms and conditions, or for any other reason at our discretion.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the reward discount program at any time without notice. In the event of termination, any unused reward points will be forfeited.
- Modification: We reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel the Reward Point Program at any time, without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of the program, including the rewards points system and expiration policy, at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
