When We Dispatch Orders
Next Dispatch: Tomorrow
Here at Flying Tech we pride ourselves on getting orders out quickly. We dispatch during the times shown on our Dispatch Schedule, and orders placed before the daily dispatch cutoff will ship the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after the cutoff will be dispatched on the next scheduled dispatch day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been packed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible — once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to amend it. High-value orders are sent fully insured and may require a signature on delivery.

UK Postage
Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service from our Malvern location (WR14 1UT) for customers who prefer to pick up in person and save on postage. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect. Please do not arrive for collection without having arranged an appointment with us first, as our collection address is not staffed for walk-in visitors.
Free Shipping
FREE UK delivery is available on orders over £99, provided the total parcel weight is under 1kg. Some items, such as batteries, are excluded from this offer due to shipping restrictions. If your order qualifies, the Free Delivery option will automatically appear at checkout. Orders using this option will be sent via a delivery service of our choosing.
Royal Mail Services
Royal Mail First Class
Our most economical option for small, low-value orders. Royal Mail’s delivery aim is the next working day (including Saturdays), although this is not guaranteed and delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. This service does not include full tracking. A Signed For option is available for confirmation of delivery. A solid choice when speed isn’t critical.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
The most popular option with our customers. Most parcels arrive the next working day and include full tracking, plus flexible delivery options if you’re out. You can select a Safeplace, leave it with a neighbour, redirect to your local delivery office, or reschedule delivery. This service also includes built-in compensation cover for added peace of mind.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
If it needs to arrive quickly with a delivery guarantee, this is the one. Guaranteed next working day delivery, with optional 9AM and Saturday upgrades available. Fast, secure and fully insured.
Courier Services (DHL & Others)
For larger or heavier consignments, courier delivery may be offered. Courier collection times can be earlier than our standard dispatch cutoff, and where applicable, the relevant cutoff will be shown clearly at checkout. Most courier deliveries arrive the next working day, although delivery times depend on the selected service and destination.
Same-Day Courier
Need it urgently? We have access to same-day courier services. Get in touch before ordering and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.
International Postage
We’re based in the UK, but we ship to most destinations worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, size, and destination.
Smaller, lower-value orders may be sent via Airmail. Higher-value or heavier parcels are typically shipped using trusted courier partners, with both economy road services and faster air express options available depending on destination.
For customers requiring rapid delivery, express air courier services are available. Transit times are typically 1–2 working days to most European destinations and around 3–7 working days for countries further afield, depending on location and service selected. United States: For orders shipped to the USA, applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid by us. This means there should be no additional customs charges on delivery.
Other International Destinations: Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We work with a range of trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, DHL, DPD and FedEx. This allows us to offer both express options for urgent deliveries and more economical services when speed isn’t critical.
