Welcome to our Tech Tokens loyalty scheme, where your loyalty helps you earn rewards every time you shop with us, helping your next upgrade take off.
How it works:
For every £1 you spend, you’ll earn 1 Tech Token. The more you shop, the more Tokens you earn! You can also collect bonus Tokens by referring friends, leaving product reviews, logging in regularly, and joining special promotions.
Once you’ve built up your Tech Tokens, you can convert them into discount vouchers to use on your future orders. Plus, as a member of our loyalty program, you’ll have access to exclusive sales and promotions that aren’t available to other customers. It’s a simple way to save while shopping for your next upgrade.
Joining is easy: just create an account on our website, and you’ll start earning Tech Tokens with every purchase. You can track your Tech Tokens balance in your account dashboard, so you always know how close you are to converting them into a discount voucher for your next order. You’ll also be able to see your rank as you collect more Tokens. As you move up through our ranks, from Cadet to Air Chief Marshal, you’ll earn bonus Tech Tokens to reward your loyalty and dedication to flight.

Once you’ve created your account, you can start collecting Tech Tokens in the following ways:
- Sign up: Get started with a welcome bonus of 50 Tech Tokens just for creating your account.
- Shop: Earn 1 Tech Token for every £1 you spend, plus a bonus 100 Tech Tokens for every 5 orders you place.
- Check in: Earn 1 Tech Token for each day you log in and browse our store – come back regularly to see what’s new!
- Choose well: Earn double Tech Tokens on all Flying Tech own-brand products. View the collection.
- Refer friends: Earn 50 Tech Tokens for every friend who signs up for a Flying Tech account.
- Level up: Rise through the ranks from Cadet to Air Chief Marshal and earn bonus Tech Tokens each time you’re promoted.
- Review products: Share your feedback to help other customers and earn 10 Tech Tokens for each product review.
You can easily track your Tech Token balance and history in your account, just like a statement, so you can see exactly when and how you’ve earned (or used) your Tokens.
It pays to get promoted! All users start as a Cadet, and as you collect Tech Tokens, you’ll rise through the ranks – from Pilot Officer to Air Chief Marshal.
Each time you reach a new rank, you’ll earn bonus Tech Tokens as a reward for your loyalty:

And it gets even better: at higher ranks, your Tech Tokens are worth more when you convert them into discount vouchers. As an Air Commodore, your Tokens are worth twice as much as lower ranks, and as an Air Chief Marshal, they’re worth three times as much.

When you’re ready to use your Tech Tokens, head to your My Tech Tokens page in your account.
There, you can convert your Tokens into a discount coupon to use at checkout. You can choose how many Tokens to convert, and our calculator will show you the exact value before you confirm. You’ll need a minimum of 200 Tech Tokens to convert.
Your Tech Token discount coupons can be used alongside other payment methods and gift cards, giving you flexibility when you shop.
Please note: Once created, discount coupons will expire after 30 days, so remember to use them before they disappear.

Thank you for participating in our Tech Tokens loyalty scheme. Below are the terms and conditions that govern your participation:
Eligibility: To be eligible, you must be a registered customer of our website and at least 18 years old.
Earning Tech Tokens:You will earn Tech Tokens for each qualifying purchase, as shown at checkout. Tech Tokens are not earned on shipping fees. We may change earn rates at any time. Tokens may also be earned through reviews, referrals, daily logins, and promotions.
Redeeming Tech Tokens: Tech Tokens can be converted into discount coupons in your account (My Tech Tokens) to use at checkout. You can choose how many to convert (minimum 200). Coupons will display their value before you confirm and will expire after 30 days.
Expiration: Tech Tokens expire 12 months after being earned and cannot be reinstated. You will receive a notification before expiry.
Returns: If you return a qualifying item, the Tech Tokens earned will be deducted from your account. If you return a purchase made using Tech Tokens, the Tokens will be credited back if they are still valid.
Ranks: Your Tech Token balance and history can be viewed in your account. As you collect Tokens, you can rise through loyalty ranks (Cadet to Air Chief Marshal), earning bonus Tokens and increased Token value at higher ranks.
Limitations: Tech Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. They may not be combined with certain promotions, discounts, or offers unless stated.
Fraud and Abuse: We reserve the right to void any Tech Tokens or discounts earned through misuse or fraud. We may also terminate a customer’s participation in the scheme for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Termination: We may terminate the Tech Tokens program at any time without notice, with unused Tokens and coupons forfeited.
Modification: We reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel the Tech Tokens program at any time without notice, including changes to these terms and conditions, the rewards system, and expiration policies. Please review these terms periodically for updates.
Privacy: By participating, you agree to the processing of your data for administering the loyalty scheme, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance: Participation in the Tech Tokens loyalty scheme and/or redemption of Tokens constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any future changes. For any questions, please contact us.
