This is FrSky’s R9 Slim+ OTA (Over the Air) version, which implements the new ACCESS protocol. It has all of the functions of the standard R9 Slim+ but brings with it support for new features associated with ACCESS, such as wireless firmware updates and binding. As with all receiver’s in the R9 range, the R9 Slim+ offers a super low latency control link with a redundancy function.
The FrSky R9 Slim+ boasts dual antennas to improve signal strength and features 6 PWM outputs. Another useful feature of the Slim+ is that it offers the flexibility to work with more external devices by incorporating inverted SBUS and S.Port outputs. Finally, the Rx comes with the upgrade Dipole T antennas to enhance reception and get the best long-range performance.
