The receiver is compatible with any FPV goggle or Monitor that has an HDMI IN port. The standalone receiver module enables compatibility with the Avatar line of digital transmitters. For optimal results, we recommend premium goggles such as Fatshark HDO/HDO2, Orqa FPV.One or Skyzone Sky04X. The module is designed with a built in bracket so that it can be mounted to the front of your FPV goggle.

The VRX features two built in directional antennas and two user changeable antennas to achieve a maximum transmission distance of around 4KM. It also features an integrated DVR unit (video recorder).

If you already own a suitable goggle or monitor, the Avatar VRX provides a more affordable way to get into digital FPV system, as you don’t need to spend ~£500 on a fresh set of Avatar Goggles or Fat Shark Dominator HD goggles.
