The MSS12 Pro is a very versatile, smart soldering station that is suited for workshop and field use.
It’s a two part setup including base station and slim wand. While being slightly bigger than the MSS12 iron, this pro version is still compact measuring just 30x100x80mm.
In comparison to the MSS12 Iron, this Pro model is compatible with AC mains and also adds a ground connection. It can be powered from a variety of sources including USB-C PD/QC power banks, DC input (12-25V / 3-6S LiPo) and AC mains power (100-240V).
As with all Sequre irons, this one has plenty of smart tech built in. Including an intelligent temperature control algorithm which supports temperature compensation and temperature self-calibration. There’s also built in buzzer which can be setup as a reminder that the iron is on and also notifies when the iron reaches operating temperature. Finally, the MSS12 Pro is programmable via firmware upgrade.
The iron is compatible with Sequre’s high quality T12 series tips – and includes a selection of four tips: B2, K, ILS and BC2. The unit include a main AC power cable, but it is fit with an EU plug.
