The TS21 is the latest high-power soldering iron from Miniware, offering up to 100W of output while retaining the compact, portable form factor that has made Miniware irons popular among RC hobbyists and field repair engineers.
The TS21 supports USB-C PD input, allowing it to take advantage of modern USB-C power banks and chargers capable of delivering up to 100W. With this power, the TS21 heats up in seconds and can handle demanding soldering tasks, including heavy gauge wire, large connectors, and multi-layer boards.
Designed for precision soldering tasks, including fine SMT work, the TS21 uses JBC C210-series cartridges for enhanced performance in tight spaces and on detailed components. Miniware also offers a curated range of their own C210-compatible cartridges, with the TS21 typically bundled with the TS21-KU knife tip, and optional TS21-I precision conical tip and TS21-IS bent conical tip available.
The TS21 features a clear OLED display that shows your current temperature and settings, which can be adjusted directly from the handle. It uses an STM32 microcontroller paired with dual temperature sensors for stable, precise temperature control. A built-in motion sensor automatically switches between working and standby temperatures when the iron is picked up or set down, reducing tip oxidation and saving power during use. A built-in fill light at the tip improves visibility in low-light conditions, making precise soldering easier and safer. The anti-rollback square handle design ensures the iron stays put on your bench.
