The Holybro Kopis X8 5” Cinelifter is a compact, high-payload FPV platform designed for carrying professional cinema cameras such as the RED Komodo, Z CAM, Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera and Panasonic GH5. Its X8 coaxial motor configuration combines eight 5” propellers in a relatively compact footprint, providing the thrust and stability required for smooth cinematic flying while retaining good manoeuvrability in confined spaces.
This Ducted Version uses injection-moulded propeller ducts, making it particularly well suited to controlled indoor environments and close-proximity filming. The ducted configuration also provides smooth, predictable flight characteristics and efficient cruising, with minimal throttle correction required to maintain altitude.
The modular design allows the ducts to be removed and replaced with the optional carbon-fibre cage system, while the landing gear can also be removed to suit different filming setups. With a recommended payload capacity of up to 1.5kg, the Kopis X8 provides a versatile platform for pilots moving into professional cinelifter applications as well as experienced aerial cinematographers requiring a compact camera-carrying rig.
This is the Full Kit version and includes the frame together with eight T-Motor P2207 1750KV motors, Gemfan Hulkie 5055S-3 propellers, Holybro Kakute H7 flight controller and two Tekko32 F4 50A 4-in-1 ESCs.
