The ultimate Smoke Stopper from VILFY! The ShortSaver 2 is not quite as small as dedicated XT30 or XT60 only versions, but this one will replace both and gives more robust features! Version 2 adds a power on/off switch for easier receiver binding and a new button switch to adjust the short-circuit/over-current trip time.
Features
Completely cut off the current flow and prevent “magic smoke”
For other smoke stoppers like the automotive light-bulb or resettable fuse types, they just limit, not stop the current flow. The leakage current may still damage your components. VIFLY ShortSaver is a different smoke stopper that adopts an electronic fuse to completely cut off the current into your RC build if a short circuit or wiring mistake is detected.
Super-fast reaction/protection time
VIFLY ShortSaver will turn off the power to a device that draws in excess of the switchable 1A or 2A threshold within just 3ms!
It is far more effective than the old way of using light-bulb or resetting fuse. The shorter the protection time, the safer your build will be as something may break by the time the fuse trips.
Power ON/OFF Switch for Easier Receiver Binding
Receiver binding is often a fiddly job, that seems to require three hands as you have to hold a bind button while connecting a battery. Now the VIFLY ShortSaver can make this job easier as it has a power button which allows you to connect your battery to your receiver first and then simply switch the power on while holding the bind button.
1 Amp and 2 Amp Threshold Selector
VIFLY ShortSaver has a 1 Amp or 2 Amp threshold selector for your different needs. For a small size build with more sensitive electronic components, you can select 1 Amp option, for large builds, use the 2 Amp option.
Amass XT60 and XT30 In-output Connectors
VIFLY ShortSaver includes both Amass XT30 and XT60 connectors making it ready to connect to drones big and small.

We are based in the UK and ship to most destinations worldwide.
We dispatch orders during the times shown on our Dispatch Schedule. Orders placed before the daily dispatch cutoff will ship the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after the cutoff will ship on the next scheduled dispatch day.

Royal Mail delivers to residential addresses Monday to Saturday, while courier services (including DHL) typically deliver Monday to Friday.
International Postage

- Other destinations: Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Smaller, lower-value orders may be sent via Airmail or tracked postal services. Economy road and express air courier options are available depending on destination. For faster delivery, we recommend express air courier services such as DHL Express, which typically deliver within 1–2 working days across Europe and a few working days for most other destinations.

If you’re building/repairing quads then a smoke stopper is a must have. I like this one because it’s got both XT60 and XT30 onboard so it works on my 5″ and my 3″ builds; it’s also got a power switch on so it’s easy to power cycle the quad without having to unplug-replug the battery. I’m sure it’s saved my smoking a flight controller or two as well. Great product.
