The SR6 receiver from FrSky is designed for use in RC airplanes. It’s works as a traditional 6 Channel PWM Rx, but it also has a built-in 3 axis gyro and a 3 axis accelerometer sensor module. With the built-in sensors the SR6 Pro will compensate for outside forces on the aircraft and will enhance the stability of your model making it easier and smoother to fly. The SR6 supports automatic levelling, hover and knife-edge for conventional models and automatic leveling for Delta wings and V-tail. The stabilization can be configured via LUA or the FrSky S.port Airlink+ combined with either the Freelink app or your computer.
In addition, the receiver supports full-range signal strength with dual detachable antennas to assure optimal antenna reception and maximum range. The SR6 can also be used as a redundancy receiver along with any other FrSky ACCESS capable receiver equipped with a SBUS port.
All of the Archer receivers are hyper-matched with the ACCESS protocol, which offers many benefits over the ACCST protocol. ACCESS boasts lower latency, longer range, better telemetry performance and FrSky’s OTA function for wireless firmware updates. The Archer SR6 supports other functions like configurable telemetry power, S.Port/F.Port switching and FLR output. Additional valuable features are under development to continuing unlocking the full potential of the ACCESS protocol.
