Single-arm aluminium servo horn for 25T splines, offering rigid, adjustable linkage control.
This 25T metal servo arm is a compact and durable upgrade for applications requiring precise control and minimal flex. CNC machined from aluminium alloy, it provides improved rigidity over plastic horns, helping maintain consistent linkage performance under load.
Designed for 25T splines with a 6mm servo output shaft, the single-arm layout is ideal for tight installations and straightforward linkage setups. The arm features three M3 threaded mounting holes, offering multiple linkage positions to fine-tune throw and mechanical advantage.
With an overall arm length of approximately 28mm and multiple hole spacings (12mm, 17.5mm, and 20mm from centre), it allows for flexible geometry adjustment. The raised centre hub ensures secure spline engagement, while the compact profile keeps weight and space requirements low.
Anodised for durability and corrosion resistance, this servo arm is suitable for RC cars, planes, boats, and robotics applications.
