Ultra-compact 2.5” cinewhoop frame with overlapping prop design, delivering big power in a smaller footprint.
The SpeedyBee Flex25 Frame Kit redefines what a 2.5-inch cinewhoop can be, packing the performance of larger props into a significantly more compact design. By using a unique staggered motor layout, the props partially overlap, allowing the frame to achieve a wheelbase around 28% smaller than typical 2.5” whoops while maintaining strong thrust and efficiency.
This innovative design results in a highly agile and compact drone that still delivers the smooth, controlled flight characteristics expected from a ducted cinewhoop—ideal for tight indoor flying, proximity freestyle, and cinematic footage.
The frame features a durable 2.5mm carbon fibre core combined with a full propeller protection duct, offering both strength and safety for close-range flying. A 1mm flight controller protection board is also included, helping shield sensitive electronics during crashes or hard landings.
Designed for modern compact builds, the Flex25 supports a 25.5×25.5mm AIO flight controller and a 14mm nano camera, making it compatible with a wide range of lightweight components. The layout also includes clearly defined mounting positions for the battery, receiver, antenna, and VTX, keeping builds clean and efficient.
Two versions are available, each tailored to different FPV systems:
Available Versions:
- Analog Version – Includes TPU mounts for analogue VTX and antenna, with a dedicated mounting position for compact analogue transmitters (approx. 25–28mm width)
- HD Version – Includes TPU mounts for HD systems such as RunCam Link, with dedicated top and bottom mounting options and support for 6-pin HD camera connections
Both versions include version-specific TPU components, ensuring proper fit and clean installation depending on your chosen video system.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are based in the UK and ship to most destinations worldwide.
We dispatch orders during the times shown on our Dispatch Schedule. Orders placed before the daily dispatch cutoff will ship the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after the cutoff will ship on the next scheduled dispatch day.
A confirmation email is sent once your order has been packed. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible — once shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Royal Mail delivers to residential addresses Monday to Saturday, while courier services (including DHL) typically deliver Monday to Friday.
International Postage
- USA orders: Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us — no additional customs charges on delivery.
- Other destinations: Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Smaller, lower-value orders may be sent via Airmail or tracked postal services. Economy road and express air courier options are available depending on destination. For faster delivery, we recommend express air courier services such as DHL Express, which typically deliver within 1–2 working days across Europe and a few working days for most other destinations.
