The SteadyView X is a high performance FPV video receiver. Unlike traditional diversity RX modules, the SteadyView X utilises an image fusion technology and low band filter hardware, also an image reconstruction algorithm; the receiver merges two signals into one, avoiding image tearing and rolling. The resulting image is more stable and clearer in challenging RF conditions.
The receiver uniquely comes with a ground station kit, great for those building antenna trackers. It also comes with 3 module bay covers, so you can use the receiver with the Skyzone 04 series, Skyzone Cobra or FatShark goggles. In fact as the module has an AV video output, the receiver can be used with any goggle or monitor which has an AV input port.
The SteadyView X also has the ELRS backpack function built in. Users can use ELRS TX backpack and Lua scrip to synchronise the VTX and VRX.
The module is easy to use thanks to a LCD display and simple shuttle wheel control. Power input is via a DC input 2-6S LiPo or USB-C. Finally, the SteadyView X module even comes bundled with a directional patch antenna and omi antenna so you’ll be ready to go from the off.
Difference between SteadyView X and SteadyView Receiver: The main difference between models is that the SteadyView X is designed for ground station applications. Therefore it comes cased, features a high quality LCD display, has a scroll wheel for control and has a 3.5mm video output jack.
