Description

The RadioMaster R86 V2 is a compact 6-channel PWM receiver compatible with FrSky D8, D16, and Futaba SFHSS protocols when used with a multi-protocol radio. Designed for reliable control in RC planes and drones, it offers a range of over 1km, built-in fail-safe, and RSSI output. Measuring just 28×16.5×11mm and weighing 4.8g, it’s an ideal choice for space-constrained builds that need dependable signal performance. Requires an external multi-protocol module for binding—does not work with FrSky internal RF systems.

Questions and answers of the customers

Hi. Please could you help me, I currently have a frsky x9 pro , and have a range of frsky spectrum and others fitted in my planes and quads recently I’ve been purchasing the rx4r of yourselfs if you look at my acct history but then watching you tube vids they were saying that frsky. Were making it so hard and each tx needs to be updated and they are writing of transmitters so your Radio master Tx16 mk2 max hall edition came highly rated and would connect to all of these but now I’ve purchased it and received it today and seen all the frsky adapters and it’s got me a little worried after spending all that money, hopefully there for another use and I don’t need to spend more would like it if you could just put my mind at rest as I purchased the tx16 to be able to connect and fly anything within reason I haven’t even opened it yet, sorry if this email is wasting your time but I’m still learning and you know that you can get several different videos of advice from these so called pro’s. I hope to continue being a loyal customer. Kind Rgds Dale Parsons

Hi Dale, thanks for your orders. The TX16S radio can bind to Frsky receivers running ACCST Protocol, D8, D16 (V1 and V2) and LBT / FCC firmware. It will not bind to FrSky ACCESS protocol. If you have an Archer Plus receiver, they support both ACCST and ACCESS protocol, so those will still bind with the TX16S using ACCST.
