The Miniware TS1M is a compact, high-performance soldering station designed to deliver precise temperature control and strong power output in a portable form factor. Its distinctive triangular design integrates a colour LCD screen and scroll-wheel interface, providing fast, intuitive control over settings and real-time performance monitoring.
Supporting both USB-C Power Delivery and DC input (12–28V), the TS1M offers flexible power options for bench or portable use. When paired with a suitable DC supply, it can deliver up to 200W for rapid heat-up and stable thermal performance. The adjustable temperature range of 100–450°C makes it suitable for a wide range of soldering tasks, from delicate electronics to higher thermal mass joints.
The station is compatible with Miniware 115, 210, and 245 series handles, automatically detecting supported models and adjusting parameters accordingly. It also supports external temperature measurement via thermocouple input, allowing accurate monitoring and calibration for more demanding applications.
Additional features include configurable preset temperatures, sleep and standby modes to extend tip life, firmware upgrade support via USB-C, and adjustable power limits based on handle type. The system also supports waveform and digital display modes for monitoring voltage, power, and resistance in real time.
With its combination of portability, power flexibility, and advanced features, the TS1M is well suited for hobbyists, field engineers, and professional workbenches where space and adaptability are important.
