The TFR6-A is a high quality 7 channel receiver from FrSky that is compatible with all Futaba FASST series radios. The TFR6-A features end pins to enable even more compact installation.
The TFR6-A supports two selectable failsafe setting options, either set failsafe positions for each channel on your transmitter, or set the failsafe on the TFR6-A. The failsafe function is supported for all channels.

Can this be used with a futaba t16iz tx

Hi, this receiver is compatible with the FASST protocol. Looking it up online, the 16IZ supports FASSTest protocol - some users say FASST and FASSTest aren't compatible so we would aasume this receiver is not compatible.
Can this Rx be used with a FrSky radio?

A No it cannot. This Rx only supports Futaba radios compatible with FASST protocol.
