The RunCam Helmet Camera 2 is a compact, mountable POV camera designed for hands-free recording. It records 1080p video at up to 60fps and features an upgraded sensor with improved low-light performance, making it suitable for a wide range of uses.
Like the original, the standout feature is the extended, adjustable lens module, which can rotate up to 180 degrees. This makes it easy to position the camera exactly where you want it — ideal for recording your hands or radio while flying, without having to move the main camera body.
The Helmet Camera 2 connects via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth using the updated RunCam App, allowing you to preview footage, adjust settings, and review recordings directly from your phone. An optional Bluetooth remote is also supported for starting and stopping recording without touching the camera.
Battery life has been improved, with up to 8 hours of recording from the included 3500mAh 18650 battery. The battery is removable, so longer sessions are easy — simply swap in a charged cell and continue recording.
The camera is dust-proof and water-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor use in rain or mist (not for submersion). It includes multiple quick-release helmet mounting options, allowing the camera to be moved or repositioned quickly while remaining secure.

We are based in the UK and ship to most destinations worldwide.
We dispatch orders during the times shown on our Dispatch Schedule. Orders placed before the daily dispatch cutoff will ship the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after the cutoff will ship on the next scheduled dispatch day.
