This 8CH signal converter will allow you to convert between SBUS, PPM and PWM signals. The input signal is automatically recognized and switches signal in the right direction.
Wiring Instructions:
- Channels 1-8: Use for PWM signal input or output channel;
- Channel 9: Use for PPM, SBUS input or PPM output;
- Channel 10: use for SBUS or PPM output
The input signal is automatically recognized without manual switching:
1. When the PWM signal is input to any one or several channels in the 1 – 8  Channel,  Channel 9 will output the PPM signal and Channel 10 will output the SBUS signal (indicator will flash 1)
2. When Channel 9 is input PPM signal, Channels 1-8 will output PWM signal, Channel 10Â will output SBUS signal (indicator light flash 2)
3. When Channel 9 is input SBUS signal, Channels 1-8 will output PWM signal, Channel 10 will output PPM signal (indicator light flash 3)
UPDATE: The latest version of this product now supports 16 channels (selectable between 1-8 and 9-16). By default when fed an input SBUS signal, it will output channels 9-16 (the RED LED D2 illuminates) – this is usueful if you already have an 8CH receiver and need a further 8 PWM channels. To switch the output channels to 1-8, power up the device with the button held, like binding a receiver (LED turns off). Two of these converters can be used together to turn a 16CH SBUS micro or nano receiver into a 16-channel PWM receiver, ready to connect directly with servos and other PWM devices.
