Non-delivery of an order must be reported to us within 21 working days of the date of despatch for UK orders and 90 workings days for overseas orders so that we can submit a claim to the respective courier, failing which we will be unable to make a claim and shall have no liability for the loss. The despatch of your order is confirmed by e-mail and this indicates the date of despatch.
Occasionally, items can be lost or damaged by courier companies, and we will need to make a claim for damages with the courier involved.
