Tarot make excellent multirotor frames, but they also manufacture well engineered motors to match. The 4006 620KV is a high-powered, super efficient 3-4S (11.1-14.8V) motor, specially designed for heavy lifting multirotors (3 to 4 kg). It lends itself to the FY650~FY690 Tarot frames but equally to any quad or hexacopter.

The motor utilises quality components such as a neodymium iron boron rotor, a high-precision CNC machined shell and large high-speed precision bearings. The motor features a high pole count for smooth and responsive power, and a turbofan cover, which provides excellent heat dissipation. Every motor is tested for concentricity and balanced for smooth running. The end result is a super efficient, vibration free, high performance motor.

The 4006 can be matched with 11" to 13" propellers. We sell compatible quick release prop adapters for the 4006, please see 'Related Products' below.

i am looking for some data on these motors for my quadcopter. I am not sure what size prop to use. i will be using a 4S battery and need about 4lb of thrust total. The finished weight will be about 2 pounds. Not sure if an 11" will get me around 1 pound of thrust per rotor. Thanks

Unfortunately there isn't a lot of thrust data available for these motors. The official data from Tarot can be downloaded from the product page, but it doesn't cover 11" props. From my experience with these motors, I'm sure you'll get at least 1lb of thrust running 4s using an 11" prop. There are tools online which let you model motor and prop configurations. Have a look at ecalc & also this thrust calculator. I tried an ecalc simulator for the 4006 with an 11"x4.7 prop, on a 4lb setup and the hover point was 54% - so looks like you would be fine.

The wire that comes with the motor cable is too short to spend it inside the carbon fiber tube , What kind of wire would have to buy to extend its length ?

Which is the wire to Vcc , GND and which for the signal. It is not specified.

It's a brushless motor so it doesn't have a Vcc / GND wire, the wires are both positive and negative. The esc pulses power to them to get the rotor spinning. You can connect any wire, to any of the ESC motor wires.
